How Does The Windows 10 Search Bar Work?
- Access the search bar at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, in the field that says “Type here to search”
- Type in the name of the application or file that you’re looking for, and select it when you see it
- Alternatively, you can utilize the top apps section or quick searches for common topics like “Weather” or “Election 2020”
It’s really that simple. Like so many features included in popular apps and operating systems these days, they may seem a bit daunting at first, but once you learn how they work, they can help make your life as a user more convenient.
