Meet Stephen Arnold
Alltek is thrilled to announce that we’ve recently brought on a new dispatcher, Stephen Arnold, who will be managing tickets, assigning technicians, and making sure our clients are given the responsive support they deserve. Stephen brings a wealth of experience as he worked as a technician for the local school district for over 5 years.
What Brought Stephen Arnold to Alltek?
As an avid gamer, he went to college for Game Design and Development in his home state, Rhode Island, at the New England Institute of Technology. His first career in the world of information technology started in 2012 when he worked for an IT call center, however, he’s been doing computer work for friends and family for over 15 years.
When he was searching for a new opportunity in the information technology industry, he found the perfect career with Alltek. He looks forward to watching the company grow and being a part of that growth for the foreseeable future.
A Bit About Stephen Arnold’s Hobbies…
Stephen loves to tinker. He enjoys spending time building things from scrap, including computers! He’s also a life-long gamer and he doesn’t believe that will ever change, despite how hard his wife tries.
Fun Fact: Stephen Arnold’s Not Only a Great Dispatcher, He’s a Dedicated Father of Two!
Aside from being an awesome addition to our growing team of technology professionals, Stephen is also a dedicated father of two boys – ages 2 and 3 years old. He expressed that they’re everything to him and he enjoys spending his free time with them.
