1. Chris Jury – Leading the Charge as Help Desk Manager
Chris is our new Help Desk Manager. With a background that includes a transformative year-long internship with the USDA Forest Service and an impressive 17-year tenure at Mountain Area Health Education Center, where he rose from IT Operations Manager to Director of IT, Chris is no stranger to the challenges and triumphs of managing IT teams.
Role at Alltek: As our IT Service Delivery Manager, Chris is looking forward to 2024 with great enthusiasm, especially in leading the Alltek service desk team to new heights and delving into the evolving world of AI.
Why It is Great for Our Clients: Chris’s extensive experience in IT management is a huge win for our clients. His leadership is poised to enhance our help desk’s efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that our clients always receive top-notch support.
2. Desire Johnson – Redefining Account Management
Before joining Alltek, Desire Johnson honed her skills at Staples, where she progressed from an Account Consultant to a leader in Sales Effectiveness. Her journey there involved upskilling consultants and delivering client-centric solutions that are simply best in class.
Role at Alltek: Desire steps in as an Account Manager, focusing on elevating the client experience.
Her 2024 Vision: Desire is excited to dive into understanding our clients’ unique businesses in 2024. She is eager to offer solutions that not only comply with current standards but also foster growth and a competitive edge in an ever-changing technological landscape.
3. Thomas Maynard – Excellence in Client Satisfaction
With a solid 15-year background at AT&T in sales and tech support, Thomas brings a wealth of experience to Alltek.
His Role and Future at Alltek: Thomas works on the tier 1 help desk. His provisioning, on-site, and dispatching duties have already garnered him an exceptional number of 100% satisfaction surveys from clients.
