Two Men and a Truck
Two Men and a Truck is the nation’s first and largest franchised moving company. They perform full-service local and Interstate moves anywhere in the continental United States for homes and businesses. They also offer packing services and a full line of specialty boxes and packing supplies.
“Our motto is “Movers Who Care” because of our reputation and commitment to being a Customer Service company who specializes in moving," says Jonathan Crain, Franchise Owner of Two Men and a Truck.
Starting with three trucks in the fall of 2007, Two Men and a Truck has steadily grown over their many years in business, expanding their marketing territory and adding additional franchises as they went. Today, their three franchises cover the area between East Orlando and UCF all the way to the Polk/Hillsborough line, serviced by 35 trucks and 150 employees.
However, it’s not just about sales and growth for Two Men and a Truck. Since their start 12 years ago, they have worked hard to follow their motto and core values in order to properly support their clients, employees, and community.
“We work really hard to give back to the community that has made us successful, and I think that commitment is a self-fulfilling prophecy for continued future success,” says Jonathan. “I want to have a clear path for advancement, where we can utilize each employee's strengths to set them up for maximum success in our organization. I believe that if we take care of our employees, they will take care of our customers, and our customers will ensure our organization grows in a sustainable manner for many years to come.”
How Has Alltek Supported Two Men and a Truck?
Long before being hired as Two Men and a Truck’s IT support provider, Alltek was helping them with their IT.
“Even when I was with another IT service provider, Alltek gave me some really good advice to help me improve my Internet access and IT systems,” says Jonathan.
It was Alltek’ willingness to provide actionable advice that led to Two Men and a Truck eventually hiring them when they added a third business location. A less-than-satisfactory tech vendor came with the place, and so it was clear that Two Men and a Truck needed to make a change. The choice was obvious.
“When I added the third office and inherited a subpar vendor, Alltek became the clear choice to standardize the three locations and ensure the security standards we have were being strictly maintained," says Jonathan.
The Alltek team is proud to work with a client like Two Men and a Truck – if you're looking for IT advice or even a new IT support provider, then feel free to get in touch. With our help, you can overcome long-running IT obstacles as well.
