Alltek Services Welcomes Justin Moore to Our Team of IT Experts
Alltek Services is proud to announce the latest addition to our staff of IT professionals: Justin Moore. Please join us in welcoming Justin to Alltek Services.
Justin joins our team as a Help Desk Technician, and after training for the first few weeks, he’ll start in a dispatcher role. In this role, he will get to know our clients, become familiar with the different types of service tickets we work through, and get to know each team member’s specialization. Once he has a solid foundation in our client base and team, Justin will then transfer to the best position for his skills on the help desk.
Justin brings extensive IT experience with him to Alltek Services, having taken Cisco training courses in high school, as well as a two-year engineering program that taught him about IT infrastructure. He previously ran an audio production business and held a role as a vocational worship leader, where he was responsible for IT oversight.
Background
Justin has sought a career in IT because he’s passionate about solving technology-based issues. He was used to helping people deal with IT issues, so it made sense to pursue a career in the field.
“After several years of experience with provisioning/repairing tech and helping others with their issues, I decided to pursue a few IT certifications and fully focus my career on it,” says Justin. “I find it very rewarding to be able to help people solve their technology problems and often bring their stress levels down through fixing their problems.”
This is what makes Justin a perfect fit for the Alltek Services help desk. Every day he’ll have the opportunity to help our clients by solving their IT problems. We’re proud to have Justin on the Alltek Services team, and we’re confident he will grow into an effective and valuable part of the service we deliver to clients every day.
“I could tell from the very first conversation I had with a representative of Alltek Services that this company highly valued their employees and it would be a great environment to work in, especially for an entry-level position (which can be intimidating),” says Justin. “I held out for nearly three months during the COVID-19 pandemic because I felt so drawn to working for a company that holds these values!”
Outside of his IT career, Justin enjoys audio production/songwriting/performing music. He relaxes by spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
