Leading Edge has discovered a pattern of dysfunction that can be commonly found in patients working at a desk or driving a car. People with Unsupported Elbow Syndrome typically have many of the following issues: Overweight, Poor Posture, Stiff Neck, Back Pain, Neck Pain, and Shoulder Pain.

As the therapists at Leading Edge have said, "sitting is the new smoking." Luckily, there are many good habits you can form to negate the consequences of a desk/driving job. A few key points:
1. Reposition at your desk
2. Change muscle lengths frequently (series of stretches and activities)
3. Change to an Adjustable/Standing workstation

This Lunch and Learn will provide education and a brochure of stretches and activities that will assist in preventing UES. The therapist will also demonstrate these activities and answer questions on the disease and other consequences of prolonged intradiscal pressure.

As the title states, we will also be diving into Backup health. StorageCraft will be providing a brief explanation and description of how backup services work, and how they keep your data safe and healthy!

Kevin Uttich, a Territory Manager with StorageCraft, will also be providing a demonstration to give you a better idea of how your Backup Disaster Recovery should be working.

We look forward to hosting you at the beautiful Lone Palm and treating you to a 3 course meal!
