Now, hiring Central Florida IT services technicians can be a challenge because we want our people committed to knowing every aspect of the way WE do things. To combat that potential issue, we have started an internship/apprenticeship program for interested students throughout Polk and Hillsborough Counties. This allows us to take promising students and train them our way. We have created a program to give them hands-on experience with real production environments in Central Florida (under the supervision of senior staff, of course).
Our first intern in the program is Chandler Holland. Chandler is an up and coming technology star. He is currently studying Computer Science and Information Technology at Florida Polytechnic College. He graduated from a collegiate high school, taking several college-level courses while in high school. We recruited Chandler because of his experience, obvious passion for technology, and his interest in innovation. Technology is changing rapidly and we want to make sure we always have forward thinking individuals on the team!
